Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of DAGGER, including DAGGER Elite, its websites and applications, and the information we provide through related notifications, emails and publications (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BumbleParrot Solutions LLC.

DAGGER provides basketball data, model outputs, projections, odds and historical information for independent analysis. DAGGER is not a sportsbook, betting operator, exchange or broker. It does not accept or place wagers or trades, act as the counterparty to them, hold wagering or trading funds, or determine their settlement. A subscription pays for access to information and features, not a wagering or investment service. DAGGER does not provide financial, investment or betting advice.

The Service is for informational use. Its content is not an instruction to place a wager or trade, an offer to buy or sell a financial product, or a promise of profit. You decide whether and how to act on information.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether betting is legal where you are and whether you meet the minimum legal age. Any decision you make using the Service, and any outcome of that decision, is yours alone.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal adulthood where you live to create an account or use DAGGER's authenticated features, whether Free, paid or complimentary. Parent or guardian permission does not replace this requirement. Eligibility to use DAGGER does not establish eligibility to wager or trade with a third-party operator; those activities have their own age, location and other requirements.

Some features require an account. Sign-in is handled through third-party providers (email, Google, Apple, or X). Some features require a paid DAGGER Elite subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit DAGGER data, signals, or output
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models or source
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

The DAGGER name, the signal engine, the interface, and the original content we produce are owned by us and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

All third-party trademarks, including NBA, WNBA, and team names and logos, are the property of their respective owners. Other third-party protected materials remain subject to their owners' rights. We claim no ownership of third-party marks or of underlying game facts. References to leagues, teams, players, sportsbooks and prediction markets are for identification and informational purposes; these Terms grant no rights to their protected materials. DAGGER Analytics and DAGGER Elite are independent services of BumbleParrot Solutions LLC and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, WNBA, their teams, or any sportsbook or prediction market.

DAGGER and DAGGER Elite do not include an uptime commitment or service-level agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a minimum uptime percentage, a particular update frequency, or availability during any game or other event. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical faults and security incidents can interrupt some or all features, including account and subscription management, with or without advance notice.

Full access describes the features your plan permits you to use when available; it does not promise complete coverage of every game, league, player, market or data field. Coverage and features can change when sources, licensing, technical capabilities or league schedules change. A paid subscription does not insure you against interruptions or missing data. These qualifications do not remove our express subscription commitments or the remedies described below.

Scores, clocks, schedules, odds, lines, injuries, statistics, signals, projections and historical results can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect, and may be revised after display. A live or real-time label does not mean instantaneous delivery. Cached information, notifications and emails may arrive late or not arrive; absence of an alert is not confirmation that nothing changed. DAGGER is not the official record for a game or the settlement of a wager or prediction-market contract.

Models and signals are estimates based on limited information and assumptions, not statements of certainty or personalized financial, investment or betting advice. Historical performance, backtests, win rates and examples do not predict or guarantee future results or profits. Independently verify material information, current odds and applicable rules with the relevant official source or operator before acting. You are responsible for your decisions and any wagers or trades; do not rely on DAGGER as your only source or as a substitute for your own judgment.

Picks, over/under calls, lean or strong labels, confidence displays, projected edges and similar outputs describe the model's analysis under its assumptions. They are not instructions to wager or trade, statements that an outcome is certain, or an assessment that a transaction is suitable for you. Composite signal percentages are model scores, not a calibrated probability of winning a bet. Any separately displayed probability is an estimate that may be wrong.

The Service does not evaluate your personal finances, bankroll, objectives, risk tolerance or legal eligibility. Using the Service, paying for a subscription or contacting support does not create a personal advisory, fiduciary, brokerage or agency relationship. We do not manage your decisions or promise to monitor markets or notify you in time to act. Wagering and trading can result in financial loss, including loss of the entire amount committed.

Historical results, simulated returns, backtests and examples depend on their stated dates, samples, prices, rules and assumptions. A model's recorded result is not evidence that a customer placed a bet or achieved the displayed return. Where results are hypothetical, they do not represent actual execution and may omit transaction costs, taxes, liquidity, stake limits or other real-world constraints unless expressly included. Model revisions, corrected inputs and different evaluation periods can change results. Past results do not establish future profitability.

Our Service depends on external data sources, leagues, sportsbooks, prediction markets, authentication and payment providers, hosting services and communications networks. We cannot control their accuracy, availability, outages, restrictions, discontinued services or changes. External links are not an endorsement; third-party services have their own terms, and we do not control their transactions or wager settlement.

Displayed odds, lines, market prices and order-book information are observations, not offers we can execute or a promise that an operator will accept your transaction at that price or size. Prices, liquidity and limits may change before you act. Operators control acceptance, suspension, voids, payouts and settlement under their own rules, which can differ from DAGGER's displayed result. Any apparent price difference, edge or hedging opportunity can disappear or produce a loss; DAGGER does not assure that all parts of a strategy can be completed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as widespread internet or power failures, natural disasters, government restrictions or third-party service interruptions. This provision does not excuse our failure to take legally required precautions or eliminate any remedy that applicable law requires.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Service and its content are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Except for express commitments in your applicable subscription terms, BumbleParrot Solutions LLC disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties arising from a course of dealing or trade usage.

We do not warrant that the Service or data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful code or completely secure, or that every defect will be corrected. No model output or informal support statement creates a guarantee of availability, accuracy or financial results. This disclaimer does not replace our Privacy Policy or excuse legally required privacy, security or consumer-protection duties.

SUBJECT TO THE RIGHTS AND EXCEPTIONS BELOW, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, BumbleParrot Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the Service. This includes lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data and business interruption. To that same extent, we are not liable for wagering losses, prediction-market or other trading losses, or missed betting or trading opportunities resulting from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service, its data, predictions or notifications, including errors, delays or interruptions.

Subject to those same rights and exceptions, the total combined aggregate liability of BumbleParrot Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and service providers for all claims arising from or relating to the Service or these terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the subscription fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the first event giving rise to the claim. This is one aggregate limit for all claims, not a separate limit per claim, incident, subscription, billing period or defendant. Multiple claims or legal theories do not increase this limit. These limitations apply to contract, warranty, tort (including ordinary negligence), strict liability and other legal theories, even if a potential loss was foreseeable or we were told it could occur.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, recklessness, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available. If your jurisdiction does not permit a particular warranty disclaimer or liability limitation, it applies only to the extent permitted there.

These provisions do not reduce refunds required by law, corrections of billing errors, refunds we expressly promise, or remedies owed when we materially fail to supply purchased access. We do not offer automatic service credits for every brief interruption, but we will review material service failures and interruption-related billing or cancellation problems at [email protected]. They do not restrict legitimate payment disputes or complaints to regulators. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only insofar as applicable law permits.

For a paid DAGGER Elite subscription, the offer and Subscription Terms presented for your acceptance also govern pricing, trial eligibility, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment disputes. Those specific subscription terms control if they conflict with these general Terms. Your accepted subscription agreement remains available with your subscription records; a later website update does not rewrite it.

Cancel renewal through Manage Subscription before the next charge. Ordinary cancellation preserves access through the displayed Access until date. During an outage, contact [email protected] for help with cancellation or billing; an outage does not itself stop renewal.

After cancellation or account closure, provisions concerning ownership, accrued payment and refund obligations, warranty disclaimers, liability limits and preserved consumer rights continue to apply to the extent relevant and permitted by law. This does not extend a canceled renewal or eliminate a remedy you are entitled to receive.

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law. New terms do not retroactively change an accepted subscription agreement. If we discontinue or materially reduce purchased access, we will address the affected subscription and any remedy required by the applicable agreement or law; these Terms do not authorize keeping payment for access we are legally required to provide or refund.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, and nothing in them limits any rights you have under mandatory provisions of your local law. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] .
