These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of DAGGER (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the team behind DAGGER.

DAGGER is an informational basketball analytics tool. It surfaces real-time signals, projections, odds, and historical data so you can form your own view of where a game total may land. DAGGER is not a sportsbook: it does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and it is not financial, investment, or betting advice.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether betting is legal where you are and whether you meet the minimum legal age. Any decision you make using the Service, and any outcome of that decision, is yours alone.

Some features require an account. Sign-in is handled through third-party providers (email, Google, Apple, or X). Access to the dashboard may require manual approval or activation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit DAGGER data, signals, or output
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models or source
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

The DAGGER name, the signal engine, the interface, and the original content we produce are owned by us and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted.

Team and player names, statistics, scores, schedules, and odds are factual data sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. Any league or sportsbook names and marks belong to their owners and are referenced for informational purposes. DAGGER is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, the WNBA, or any sportsbook.

Scores, odds, and related data are obtained from third-party sources, and authentication is provided by a third-party provider. We do not control these sources and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data or service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or profitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses — including betting or financial losses — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may also discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
