Detroit Pistons vs Minnesota Timberwolves Final Score & Over/Under Result — Oct 14, 2026

Detroit's 128–106 road victory over Minnesota was decided decisively in the second quarter, when the Pistons outscored the Timberwolves 36–20 to seize control and never relinquish it. The 22-point swing came after a competitive first quarter that saw both teams combine for 67 points—the game's highest-scoring frame—before the pace and rhythm shifted sharply in Detroit's favor. Minnesota managed only 24 points in each of the final two quarters, unable to mount a comeback as the visitors' defense tightened and their offensive rhythm accelerated.

Jalen Duren led Detroit's assault with 24 points, while Cade Cunningham orchestrated the offense with 9 assists and 14 points. Duncan Robinson chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds off the bench. For Minnesota, Anthony Edwards scored 20 points but managed no rebounds, and Jonathan Kuminga added 16 points with 4 boards in a losing effort. The second half proved anticlimactic—Detroit and Minnesota combined for just 111 points across 24 minutes, a sharp fall from the 123-point first half.

The combined 234 points cleared the 227.5 market total by 6.5, cashing the over decisively. The line had moved up a tick to 228.5 by tip-off, but Detroit's dominance in the middle quarters made the margin comfortable. DAGGER leaned over, and it cashed.
